We accept several methods of payment including Wise, Crypto, and Bank wire. The method of payment and detailed payment discounts may vary depending on the amount or delivery destination. We will discuss this with you via email or Whatsapp.
Shipping methods may differ due to many factors. We are experienced in selecting the safest and best method of delivering your watch to you.
In the unlikely event that your watch is seized by customs, we will investigate the situation. Once we can confirm that it has been seized, we will resend the watch. If, however, the watch is seized a second time we will not resend again nor refund.
We offer a six months warranty on all watches, covering the movement and any parts needed to repair the watch. If you need to return your watch for repair, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. After repair, we will pay to ship it back to you.
Exceptions:
* If your watch arrives DOA unfortunately, please send us your order number, videos and pictures promptly within 24 hours. After the problem is confirmed, we will send you instructions for shipping it back to us. We will inspect and confirm the problem once we get it back. If the watch is brand new, no wrappings taken off, and without any hints of using, we will replace it into a new one. Any hints of using will void the chance for new replacement, we could only ask the factory to repair it then. We will pay for shipping back and forth in this case.
*Most replica factories claim that their watches are water resistant. Our experience over time has shown that you should not trust these claims without professional water resistance testing. So we do not promise our watches are safe to water. Water damage is not covered by the six months warranty.
*Any repair or modification you undertake yourself or done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will void your 6 months warranty. If your watch is messed up and you still wish us to repair it, shipping fee back and forth, customs risks at both sides, and costs for new parts and repair fee, will be all at your end.
